2007 SPECIALTY OF THE MONTH PROCESS

How does the Specialty of the Month redemption process work?

  1. The Specialty of the Month promotion is available throughout PIL territory.

     
  2. Specialty of the Month advertisements appear on padi.com ‘Special Offers’, in Sport Diver, and Surface Interval. The Sport Diver page refers people to PADI.com. Flyers are being inserted in OW, Con Ed and Rescue Cert card envelopes.

     
  3. PADI.com page contains a downloadable Redemption Form which people are asked to print and give to their Instructor who will attach to their Specialty certification envelope. The Specialty must correspond with the relevant monthly Specialty. If PIC Online is used, please print a copy of the completed PIC Online screen and attach to the Redemption Form.

     
  4. Once the PIC \ PIC Online print and Redemption Form are received, Certifications will forward a copy of the PIC details with the Redemption Form, to Marketing.

     
  5. Applications are then entered into a monthly draw taking place throughout 2007 where 1 person each month has the chance of winning a £100 Money-Off voucher which entitles them to £100 off a PADI Specialty product or course. They also win a video of the following months Specialty. 5 runners-up each month also receive a copy of the video. NB. Where videos are not available, an alternative product will be supplied.

     
  6. All applications are entered into the final draw at the end of 2007 where one person (over age of 18), has the chance of winning a diving holiday for 2 people to the Red Sea.

     
  7. Purchases must be made through a PADI dive centre\ resort, or PADI professional registered in PADI International Limited territory only:

     
    • United Kingdom • Cyprus
    • Republic of Ireland • Middle East
    • Greece • Eastern Europe
    • Malta • Africa
    • Turkey • All republics of former USSR

     

  8. PADI dive centre \ resorts are listed on PADI.com and applicants will be directed to our on-line search facility.

     
  9. Purchases must be the equivalent of £100 sterling or more.

     
  10. A receipt must be obtained from the PADI centre \ resort, or PADI professional, detailing date purchased, PADI Specialty product or course and amount.

     
  11. The dive centre \ resort, or PADI professional will not redeem any vouchers. Applicants must pay the full amount to the dive centre\ resort, or PADI professional and forward vouchers and receipts ideally by 31st January 2008 to :
